Help young students discover the joy of creating technology by making computer science approachable, creative, and empowering.
As a Programming Instructor at Code/Art, I taught K–12 students the fundamentals of computer science through hands-on, project-based learning. Every class was an opportunity to help students build confidence, solve problems creatively, and realize that they could become creators of technology.
Whether students were writing their first lines of code or building interactive websites and games, my goal was always the same: create a welcoming environment where curiosity and creativity could thrive.
Taught Python, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to elementary, middle, and high school students.
Designed engaging lessons that combined programming with creativity and critical thinking.
Mentored students as they built their first coding projects and developed confidence in their technical abilities.
Fostered an inclusive classroom where every student felt encouraged to ask questions, experiment, and learn from mistakes.
